ABOUT THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Be Exceptional LLC collects, uses, retains and shares personal information through its corporate-wellness assessments, result-delivery services and associated lead-tracking workflow.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information that you provide directly, including:

• Your first and last name and email address.
• Professional information such as employer, job title, industry, company size and workforce challenges.
• Your assessment responses, scores, result tier and category results.
• Your privacy acknowledgement and optional marketing preference.

We may also collect operational information associated with the assessment, including submission timestamps, result URLs, campaign or UTM parameters, referral information, and technical information made available by the assessment platform, such as IP-derived country information.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

• Administer the assessment and deliver the results or requested report.
• Match an assessment response with the appropriate invitation or prospect record.
• Respond to questions and provide requested services.
• Operate, protect and improve the assessment and related business processes.
• Conduct internal workplace-wellness research and analysis, including aggregated or de-identified analysis.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Send workplace-wellness insights, survey updates or relevant offers only when the person has affirmatively selected the optional marketing consent.

Assessment results emails are service messages requested by the respondent and are separate from optional promotional marketing.

MARKETING CHOICES

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to complete the assessment or receive results.

A person who opts in may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or contacting [email protected]. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing or prevent delivery of assessment results and other requested service communications.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may provide information to service providers that help us operate this assessment and its supporting workflow. These providers include ScoreApp for assessment hosting and result delivery and Google services for authorized business recordkeeping and workflow management.

Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to Be Exceptional LLC and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization where appropriate safeguards apply.

Be Exceptional LLC does not sell personal information. Be Exceptional LLC does not share personal information for targeted advertising.

RETENTION

We generally retain assessment and contact information for 24 months after assessment completion or the last meaningful interaction, after which it will be deleted or de-identified.

Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, document consent or unsubscribe requests, maintain security, or support an active business relationship.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses.

You may also withdraw marketing consent at any time. To submit a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No online platform or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your place of residence. Where required, information will be handled using safeguards recognized under applicable law.

CHILDREN AND HEALTH INFORMATION

This assessment is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 18.

The assessment and its results are for informational and workplace-wellness purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Respondents should not submit medical records or emergency health information through the assessment.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
